Jonas Weinberger
Jonas advises technology-focused companies on the legal and regulatory aspects of technology, including data privacy, AI, blockchain, and ICT/IP commercial agreements. He supports clients in transactions, compliance matters, and navigating European regulations such as GDPR, the AI Act, and the EU Data Act. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, including the Stanford Journal of Blockchain Law and Policy and Routledge. Jonas combines in-depth legal knowledge with a commercial perspective to provide practical solutions that are both legally robust and business friendly. Jonas has obtained his legal education in International and European Law at the Brussels School of Governance.
