Dit omvat onder meer ondersteuning bij contractuele kaders voor AI-tools, de verdeling van aansprakelijkheid tussen aanbieders en gebruikers, en de naleving van nieuwe EU-regelgeving, waaronder de AI-Act.<\/p>\n<p>Wij adviseren organisaties over strategie\u00ebn voor gegevensbeheer, het gebruik van trainingsgegevens, kwesties op het gebied van intellectueel eigendom met betrekking tot door AI gegenereerde inhoud, en de naleving van toepasselijke regelgeving op het gebied van privacy en cyberbeveiliging, zoals de AVG en sectorspecifieke verplichtingen.
