Dit omvat onder meer het opzetten van tokenlanceringen, het beoordelen van de regelgevende kwalificatie van digitale activa (gebruiksrecht versus effect) en het ondersteunen van governance- en compliancekaders in verschillende rechtsgebieden.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast hebben we ruime ervaring met het adviseren van Web3-platforms, infrastructuuraanbieders en deelnemers aan het ecosysteem over commerci\u00eble overeenkomsten met ontwikkelaars, node-beheerders, partners en dienstverleners.
